Who may use We Arab
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age or parental-consent requirement that applies where you live. We Arab is not intended for children under 13. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use an account you are authorized to control. Do not create an account for someone else without permission.
What the service offers
We Arab is a social networking service with country, Friends (people you follow), and World feeds; profiles; text posts, photos, videos, polls and quoted posts; comments and replies; likes; search and hashtags; private messaging; profile verification requests; and tools to follow, block and report. Features can change, be unavailable in some regions, or be temporarily interrupted.
Your content and permission to operate the service
You keep any rights you have in content you create. You give We Arab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, distribute and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and promote the service, consistent with your settings and this Policy. This permission ends when the content is deleted from our active service, except for copies retained for legal, safety, dispute, backup or technical reasons. Others may have copied or shared public content before deletion.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you post and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, exposes another person’s private information without a lawful basis, or misleads people about who you are. Do not use We Arab to spam, scam, threaten, stalk, harass, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, scrape data without permission, interfere with the service, or evade a restriction.
Safety and prohibited content
Do not use We Arab to exploit, groom, endanger or sexually exploit a minor; share child sexual abuse material; threaten or incite violence; promote terrorism; target people with hateful abuse based on protected traits; publish non-consensual intimate imagery; facilitate trafficking or self-harm; or share graphic sexual or violent material where prohibited. Do not impersonate a person or organization or conduct fraud. Respect people of all religions and beliefs; religious disagreement is not permission to threaten, dehumanize or target others.
Privacy, visibility and interactions
Public posts and profiles may be visible beyond your Friends and may be copied by others. A private profile limits some visibility but does not make information you choose to share with accepted followers absolutely confidential. Blocking is intended to limit interaction and visibility between accounts, but cannot undo content someone already saw, copied or saved. Review the Privacy Policy and in-app controls before sharing sensitive information.
Moderation and account action
We may review reports and use reasonable measures to protect people and the service. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information where legally required, or report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities. We consider context and severity; we do not promise that every report will result in removal or that every harmful post will be detected. Where available, you may appeal an enforcement decision through support.
Voice Rooms
Voice Rooms are live audio spaces. Any eligible member may host one room at a time and choose a title and whether it is public or private. Public rooms appear in the list of the country in which the room was opened and are visible to all users; private rooms are joined only by invitation from the host. A room holds up to 100 people, and the host may set a lower limit. The host may invite members, give or take back speaking permission, remove participants, and end the room at any time. A room closes automatically when it reaches its maximum duration (currently 120 minutes) or when the host has been disconnected for about 3 minutes; the host may then open a new room. Participants may be asked to allow microphone access to speak, and you can mute yourself at any time. Voice Rooms are live: we do not provide recording, and you may not record, broadcast or republish a room or its participants’ voices without their consent. Anything said in a room can be heard by others present, so do not share private or sensitive information.
Voice Room conduct and enforcement
The Terms apply fully to everything said, shown or shared in a Voice Room, including names, titles and profile images. Do not use rooms for sexual or indecent talk, harassment, insults, hate speech, threats, incitement to violence, scams, spam, or any content that violates these Terms or the law. Members can report a room from its menu, and we review reports. If you break these rules we may close the room immediately, remove participants, restrict or suspend your ability to host or join rooms, and suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior warning depending on severity. Hosts are responsible for the conduct they allow in their rooms.
Third-party services and availability
App stores, networks, devices and linked third-party services are not controlled by We Arab and may have their own terms and privacy practices. The service is provided subject to availability; we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access, permanent storage, audience size, reach or specific outcomes.
Changes, suspension and termination
You may stop using We Arab at any time. Use the Support page to request account closure or deletion; we may need to verify your request. We may update the service or these Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you. Where the law permits, disputes will be handled by a competent court with jurisdiction over the relevant parties. We will not limit any non-waivable rights. For questions or appeals, use the Support page.
This page is a plain-language summary of our current service and policies, not legal advice. We Arab should have these terms reviewed for the countries where it operates. Mandatory rights under local law remain unaffected.
